Which payment options are there for the ticket pre-sale?
You can pay via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer („Sofortüberweisung“).
I have issues with my ticket purchase. Where do I find help?

How do I get to the festival?
With public transport, you have the following options: tram line 11 (5 minute walk), tram line 4 (11 minute walk), S-Bahn line S3 (8 minute walk).
Is the festival site accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes. Please note that part of the festival grounds is made of cobble stones.
Are there parking spaces?
There are public, free parking spaces in Flößenstraße, Stammerstraße and Pittlerstraße. If possible, please use public transport or form a carpool.
Is it possible to leave and re-enter the festival site?
Yes. Upon entry, you’ll get a wristband that allows you to re-enter the festival site.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes.
How can I pay at the festival?
At the bar you can pay by card. Food trucks, market stands and tattoo artists decide themselves which payment methods they offer, so we advise you to bring some cash just in case.
Are the workshops free of charge?
Workshops and performances are free.
Tattoos, massages and prints by us have to be paid in cash.
How does the tattoo area work?
Just head to the tattoo area to snag a spontaneous appointment. There will be multiple talented tattoo artists ready to ink you on the spot. You can choose one of the many wanna do’s they’ve prepared for you. Tattoo prices have to be arranged with each tattoo artist individually (around 70 to 120€). Please note that some tattoo artists don’t have PayPal.

Is it allowed to take photos/videos?
It’s not allowed on the dancefloor. However, you can take photos/videos everywhere else as long as you respect the privacy of other guests. Make sure not to photograph/film people that you don‘t know. We appeal to your common sense.
Which safety precautions are there?
There will be an awareness team and sufficient security. At the entrance IDs and bags are checked.
Is there an age restriction?
You have to be 18+ y/o to attend the festival. Please bring your ID.
Are children allowed?
No, there are no children allowed at the festival. The minimum age is 18 y/o.
Are dogs allowed?
No, please leave your pets at home.
What am I not allowed to bring?
Weapons of any kind, illegal substances, own drinks and meals. Snacks like fruit and bars are allowed.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
We have to follow the guidelines set by Pittlerwerke. This means: you are not allowed to bring your own drinks. However, you can refill bottles and cups that you have purchased at the bar with tap water. Small snacks are allowed. But please do not bring entire meals, large packages of food etc., as this will unnecessarily slow down the entrance control. You can buy dinner on the festival site, and there is a gas station nearby that is open 24/7.
Will food be sold on the festival grounds?
This year, there will be food trucks.
Is there a time table?
When it’s finalized, the time table of our DJs, workshops and performances can be found on our Instagram (@keinfestival).
What about sanitary facilities?
We are using the Pittlerwerke‘s sanitary facilities, which means there are regular stationary toilets and urinals, as well as wheelchair-accessible restrooms. There will also be FLINTA* stalls.
